To be consistent with University guidelines for promotional publications, all invitations should include the Educational Equity wordmark and the name of the sponsoring program. Size and placement of the mark will depend on each item, but in general, it should be featured in a key location, e.g., mark should be centered if text is centered. 

It is not necessary for the Marcom. Rep. to review social invitations for Educational Equity staff.


Certificates created in Educational Equity units that are presented to faculty, staff, and students must include the Penn State wordmark. A draft should be sent to the MarCom Rep., for review to ensure the certificate is in good order, both visually and editorially. 

Online Publications

The MarCom Rep. is required to review all online publications in addition to periodically reviewing content on Educational Equity's websites.
