Proposal Narrative, Program Evaluation, and Budget Notes Examples

Below are Equal Opportunity Planning Committee (EOPC) proposal and program evaluation examples. While these examples are intended to show what well-constructed proposals and program evaluations look like in terms of their overall structure and the various components of the documents (e.g., Target Population, Goals, Objectives, Evaluation Plan, Outcomes, and so on), they  should not be considered "model" proposals or program evaluations. However, these examples can be used as a guide to illustrate what a well-formed and well-constituted proposal and program evaluation might look like when it is finished.

Also, proposal writers should also look at Tips for Writing Good EOPC Proposals and and Instructions for EOPC Reviewers, which provides criteria that EOPC review team members use to assess proposals and program evaluations.
