Inspiring Student Leader Award 2014

Kalyn Flournoy

B.S., Accounting

Kalyn has exhibited ambition, drive, passion to impact others, and the ability to easily connect with others through her many commitments and activities. As a four year member of the Striving Toward Awareness and Respect for Tomorrow (S.T.A.R.T.) committee and a member of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), Kalyn strives to positively impact the diverse community at Penn State. Additionally, in her role as president of the Multicultural Women’s Forum (MWF) for two years, Kalyn had an ongoing goal to help students develop personally and professionally by creating a platform for students to network with recruiters, planning beneficial events and workshops aimed at professionalism.
