Natasha Roberts 
B.S., Labor and Employment Relations
B.A., Psychology

Natasha Roberts is a senior from Westchester, New York, and will graduate in May as a Paterno Fellow with a bachelor of science degree in labor and employment relations, as well as a bachelor of arts degree in psychology. Additionally, Natasha is part of the Integrated Undergraduate Masters program in The School of Labor and Employment Relations. She will graduate in May 2019 with a master’s degree in human resources and employment relations. Natasha is currently the mentor coordinator for the Paul Robeson Cultural Center’s BLUEprint, which focuses on offering academic, cultural, and social support for students of color through peer mentoring. As mentor coordinator, Natasha coordinates the mentors interactions, activities, communication, and recruitment initiatives. In previous years she served as the campus and community engagement chair and mentee coordinator for BLUEprint. Upon graduating with her master’s degree, Natasha hopes to work for a Fortune 500 company within their human resources department.
