Assistive Technology at Penn State

The goal of this site is to provide students, faculty, and staff with information about the various assistive technology software and devices offered at Penn State through the Office for Disability Services.

Assistive Technology refers to “any item, piece of equipment, or product system, whether acquired commercially, modified, or customized, that is used to increase, maintain, or improve functional capabilities of individuals with disabilities.”
