Physical and Emotional Well-Being

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)
Counseling, crisis intervention, or psychiatric services that are currently offered virtually.

 

  • Virtual CAPS Chat
    Monday-Thursday, 2pm-4pm:  30-minute one-on-one drop-in virtual service to discuss concerns such as stress or anxiety, adjusting to college life, family problems, relationship issues, roommate difficulties, or academic pressures.
  • Life Hacks with CAPS
    In-person, drop-in service or online video presentations focusing on self-care and improving quality of life.

University Health Services (UHS) 
Comprehensive on-campus health services and pharmacy for medically urgent problems, ongoing healthcare concerns, and preventative care.  Appointments are currently offered in person as well as virtually. 

Student Care and Advocacy
Support for students going through unforeseen challenging circumstances.  Appointments and drop-in services are currently offered virtually.
