“Stupid things that Good People Say,” is one in a series of panel discussions on micro-aggressions experienced by underrepresented populations. This panel’s focus will be from the veteran’s perspective as they share their experiences when encountering civilians’ questions and presumptions of their hidden disabilities. Through open dialogue with veterans and the audience members, our goal is to promote understanding of how Stupid things that Good People Say may be perceived.

Moderated by Laurie Mulvey, Executive Director of World In Conversation

Co-sponsored by Student Disability Resources (Diversability) and the Penn State Veterans Organization (PSUVO).
