Elinor McNeel is an author (Understanding Rhetoric: A Student Guide with Samples and Analysis) and current Penn State World Campus student. On her 77th birthday, Ms. McNeel will share with the Penn State community her experiences with race, ageism, and disabilities. This conversation will address the intersectionality of identity and the role it plays with shaping the course of one's life.nation, advocacy, independent living and social inclusion on Penn State's University Park campus.
