Learn about mindfulness practices and tools and how increasing your awareness through a mindfulness practice can help manage stress and support overall well-being. Join Health Promotion and Wellness (HPW) on September 14 at 6:00 pm for a Mindfulness workshop to help approach the semester and think about mindfulness strategies, time management, stress reduction and resilience! This workshop is part of a series in collaboration with Student Disability Resources (SDR) and Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS).
