Penn State's stance on intolerance and nondiscrimination is established in University Policy AD85. Students who believe they have been discriminated against may contact the appropriate staff resource person in the office listed below. Discrimination and Harassment Resolution Procedures:
The purpose of these procedures is to afford prompt, objective and equitable resolution of reports or complaints of discrimination or harassment as defined in applicable University policies. Any person believing that they have been subjected to discrimination or harassment under these policies may file a complaint with the University.
