UBA, UBCM Programs West
Upward Bound Programs West consists of two federally funded grants that collectively serve 120 students each year from three target high schools, Altoona, Clairton, and McKeesport.

- Upward Bound Clairton/McKeesport (UBCM)
Upward Bound Programs West - Upward Bound Altoona and Upward Bound Clairton/McKeesport - are offered through federal grants totaling $575,074 annually through fiscal year 2027 through the U.S. Department of Education, with facilities and administrative support provided by The Pennsylvania State University.
