Overview

Learn how to be a more inclusive, accessible, and supportive mentor. This interactive session uses scenario-based learning to help participants strengthen their mentorship practices. Let’s build a better mentoring culture together. 

By the end of the session, participants will be able to

• Identify common barriers students face
• Practice effective communication strategies
• Apply accessible and inclusive approaches to mentorships
• Analyze real-world scenarios
• Develop actionable next steps
