Build shared language and practical tools to address reported bias, facilitate dialogue, and support your community with confidence and care.

Mentor student veterans through military-to-campus transitions, learning how military-connected experiences shape belonging, navigation, and help-seeking.

Mentor with confidence and care, learning to partner with Student Disability Resources, keep accessibility in mind, and communicate with respect.

Register for a session

Browse upcoming workshops across all three endorsements. Workshops are open to all faculty and staff--no commitment to the full endorsement required. After you attend, we'll follow up with information about continuing the full endorsement pathway in Canvas.

How registration works

Each endorsement begins with workshops that are open to all faculty and staff—no commitment required. From there, you decide whether to continue toward the full credential.

1. Attend a workshop:

Early workshops are open to all Penn State faculty and staff. Choose any upcoming workshop or event connected to an endorsement track.

2. Explore and declare:

After attending, you'll receive information about continuing toward the full Provost Endorsement, and you'll decide whether the full pathway fits your goals.

3. Share your interest:

If you'd like to continue, let us know. We'll add you to the Canvas course and connect you with the remaining milestones as part of a committed cohort.

4. Complete the full endorsement:

Work through the remaining milestones — a panel or discussion session, applied practice, and a mentoring philosophy statement — and earn the Provost Endorsement credential.
