Faculty Pathway: Navigating Your Academic Career

Retirement is a new beginning, but transitioning from a long and dedicated academic career requires thoughtful preparation. This session is for faculty members at all stages of retirement planning and is designed to complement the information and workshops offered by the Office of Human Resources. 

In this session, you will have a conversation with a diverse panel of faculty who have already made the transition. They will share their stories and answer your questions about the realities of retired life.  

It is never too early to plan ahead. Whether you are actively planning or simply exploring your options, this workshop will provide valuable guidance for shaping a purposeful and fulfilling retirement. 

Open to tenure-line and non-tenure line faculty.
