Introduction to Bias Response
We will briefly review the BUILD framework and delve into the Bias Response Network and process. Additionally, relevant University policies and procedures will be discussed to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the institutional context.

Session 2:

Trauma-Informed Practices
This session focuses on integrating trauma-informed practices when supporting individuals involved in bias reports. Participants will learn how to approach these situations with empathy and care, ensuring a supportive environment.

Session 3:

Facilitating Difficult Conversations
Learn how to employ the language of change in difficult conversations related to bias reports. This session will equip you with the skills to navigate challenging discussions with sensitivity and effectiveness.
