Mark is the President at CwP Consulting, which provides consulting and advisory services in all aspects of utility management and strategy. He previously served as the Vice President and Chief Infrastructure Officer at Exelon Utilities where he was responsible for overseeing the development and execution of a fleet-wide infrastructure across all functional areas of the Exelon family of utilities. Prior to Exelon, Mark served as Vice President, Customer Operations, responsible for field operations, billing, payment processing, credit and collections, low-income programs, market research, customer relations and the customer care center for PECO.
In addition to service on the Educational Equity Advisory Board, Mark serves as the Board President for the Still Strong Foundation (Penn Stater Devon Still’s Foundation). He previously served on the Board of Family & Community Services of Delaware County and the Center for Business Analytics Advisory Council at Villanova University School of Business. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University. Mark and his wife Adrianne live in Rose Valley, PA, and have two children Sarah (’10, HHD) and Brian (’12, Smeal).

His passion stems from a deep sense of gratitude for his own college experience, which fuels his desire to raise awareness and rally support for Educational Equity at Penn State. With a warm, approachable demeanor and an innate curiosity, Mark effortlessly uncovers shared interests and opportunities for collaboration, while remaining passionately focused on ongoing advocacy efforts.
