Policies

  • AD29 Statement on Intolerance 
    The University is committed to creating an educational environment which is free from intolerance directed toward individuals or groups and strives to create and maintain an environment that fosters respect for others.

  • AD84 Chosen Identity Policy
    This policy promotes and supports an open and inclusive environment through the establishment of a chosen name, gender identity, name prefixes, pronouns, and sexual orientation for use within University systems, where feasible.

  • AD85 Title IX Sexual Harassment 
    To establish The Pennsylvania State University’s (“Penn State” or the “University”) policy prohibiting sexual harassment and misconduct, including, but not limited to, acts of sexual violence, sexual harassment, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking, in accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (“Title IX”).
