Program Evaluation Report
The July 2024 Campus Access and Success Grant (CASG) award recipients will be asked to submit a required program evaluation report in InfoReady, due six weeks after the completion of their program. To be considered for future funding, a completed report must be submitted at the close of each program year. This report can be saved, and its information used with the next CASG program year submission.
The program evaluation will be assigned to the awardee in InfoReady. It will ask for program information, such as:
- Funding category
- Program year
- Budget (upload an expense report)
- Participation/attendance
- Outcomes and assessment (summary of your program, see the CASG assessment document below)
- Conclusions and program changes
