Ashley Jackson

A third-generation Penn State graduate, Ashley received two Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Politics and Japanese from the University and has worked for Educational Equity since 2014.

During her time as an equity consultant, she has served on various working groups and contributed to projects aimed at supporting and advancing underrepresented populations at Penn State.

Before working at the University, Ashley spent several years in Japan as a high school English teacher via the JET Program, a government initiative designed to employ foreign instructors in Japanese schools and facilitate cross-cultural exchange.
