Upcoming Events

Dear Colleagues: Please mark your calendars and save-the-dates for the series of Connections & Community events hosted by Senior Faculty Mentors in the Office for the Vice Provost for Educational Equity, the Midcareer Faculty Advancement Program, and the College of the Liberal Arts.

These activities are especially intended to foster networking among colleagues across the University, converse about concerns and issues, share our accomplishments, ideas, and information that fosters equity and retention in the workplace, and generally build a stronger community for underrepresented groups.

As Senior Faculty Mentors, we are especially interested in enhancing the Penn State experience for underrepresented faculty. However, faculty and staff experiences are intertwined. Our events are inclusive of both groups regardless of job category, title, or rank and we welcome the opportunity to foster community among and between faculty and staff – please share with others you think may be interested.
