Peer Coaching Circles

Establish peer coaching circles to support faculty

Peer Coaching Circles Identity with text moving right in circular motion: Professional and Personal Success, Belonging, and Accountability and Support What is a Peer Coaching Circles?

A group of 3-4 faculty committed to provide support and community for one another and to foster personal and professional success for each member. Each circle will be taught a formalized method for peer coaching to ensure all members have opportunity to both coach and be coached.

What happens at the PCC meeting?

Each member has a chance to reflect on recent successes and present an issue or problem that is on their mind. Through the coaching process, each member leaves the meeting with an actionable next step to approach their issue.

What kind of commitment am I making?

You will be asked to attend one 75 min workshop to launch the program and then to commit to meet with your PCC once a month for 90 minutes for 1 semester, with options to make further commitments.

When and where are the meetings?

Meetings are arranged at the convenience of circle members and can be held in person or virtually.

Why would I join a PCC?
