| Grant acceptance and budget information supplied | May/June 2027 | Return grant acceptance materials with budget details for the budget transfer request. |
| Budget transfer request | July/August 2027 | Submit the request to transfer the funds to the program using the IO or CC provided. |
| Program Progress reports |
1-Mid-program, and 2-approximately six weeks after the completion of the program |
1-A mid-year check-in about halfway through the program. 2-An annual progress report is due around six weeks after the completion of your program. |
