Nicole Summers
- Student Success Counselor, Serving New Castle Junior and Senior High School
Throughout her career, Nicole Summers has worked to help students and young adults improve themselves and their prospects and in 2022, she began doing just that with Penn State Talent Search as the New Castle Jr./Sr. High School counselor. She enjoys getting to meet with students daily and having the opportunity to help them set goals and plan for their future. As a first-generation student whose path to higher education was not always linear, she strives to help students see that with a plan and hard work that any goal can be achieved. Prior to her time with Talent Search, Nicole held positions as a program coordinator, creating personalized future ready plans for area youth and as an attendance officer, helping students and families prioritize attendance as the first step to being a successful student.
