Kelli Canonge is a dedicated TRIO leader within Penn State's Talent Search team. She began her career as a counselor and, over time, advanced to the role of Assistant Director in 2024 and then Director in 2025. Since 2007 she has demonstrated her passion for helping students create pathways to post-secondary success. In addition to her direct contributions to student development, she has served on the Professional Development Planning Committee and continues to play an active role on the Scholarship Committee within Educational Equity.
