Operating Remotely

Upward Bound Programs at the University Park, Berks, and Hazleton campuses is operating remotely through spring 2022.

Our staff remain dedicated to providing academic support and programming for our students in the Hazleton, Mifflin County, Mount Union, Newport, Reading, and Steelton-Highspire high schools, via Zoom, Google classrooms, and Remind.
