Ms. Jennifer Hadley earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Mansfield University and a master’s degree in Social Work at Temple University. Prior to coming to Penn State in 2008, Jennifer worked in child welfare, mental health, and adoption services. Jennifer still works part time at Jewish Family Service to assist families through the adoption process.

At the university, Jennifer is a member of the Youth Programs Council and the Educational Equity Scholarship Committee. Jennifer loves helping people and working with high school students to reach their full potential. As a first-generation college student herself, Jennifer was involved in the ACT 101 program – a college access program for academically and financially disadvantaged students – and knows the positive impact these types of programs have on students’ lives.

Jennifer and her husband live in Penns Valley. They have one daughter, Ella, who is in high school.  In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys watching her daughter’s sporting events, walking, and spending time outdoors.
