What goes into my reports?

Everyone: annual progress reporting

Awardees must submit yearly reports that include:

  • Progress toward stated goals
  • Outcome data
  • Budget expenditures
  • Lessons learned and program adjustments
  • Sustainability progress
  • Reflection on AI tools used in assessment or reporting, if applicable

Everyone: mid-program requirement

A brief check-in is required of all awardees and should include:

  • At least three sentences describing project progress, early outcomes, or emerging lessons
  • A photo suitable for use in a University publication or spotlight feature

First-year seeking renewal:  workshop

First-year grant recipients seeking renewal for a second year must attend a collaboration workshop during the first program year.

The workshop supports participants to:

  • Strengthen partnerships across units or stakeholder groups
  • Share practices and lessons learned with other EDGE recipients
  • Improve readiness for renewal and long-term sustainability
  • Consider how collaboration can deepen impact on faculty, staff, and student success
