Meredith Shoemaker

Meredith Shoemaker worked in banking and customer service for over a decade before beginning her journey with Penn State as an administrative assistant in 2007 with Talent Search. You can still find her there, now as a level four Administrative Support Assistant. Within her current role Meredith provides support to five Talent Search counselors and has the opportunity to train and support new administrative staff within Educational Equity as well as fill in when the department has an extended vacancy in administrative support. Because of this she has been able to build close working relationships across Educational Equity beyond Talent Search.
