Staff at the Multicultural Resource Center act as advocates for students dealing with the complexity of a large university.
MRC staff are trained and ready to assist with a wide variety of issues including:
- Personal concerns
- University policies, procedures, and regulations
- Study skills
- Time management
- Test-taking strategies
- Obtaining free tutor assistance
- Interpersonal relationships
- Conflict resolution
- Careers, internships, and graduate/professional school
- Assistance with financial aid, scholarships, and money management
- Assisting targets of bias motivated incidents
