Accessible Computer Labs at University Park
What is an “Accessible Workstation”?
A workstation meets the definition of accessible when it has all the following features:
- Height adjustable desk or table
(An "adjustable desk/table" means a desk that can be changed in height to suit different users or situations, while a "large height desk/table" simply refers to a desk that is already fixed at a high height, meaning it cannot be adjusted to a lower position; essentially, an adjustable desk allows you to change its height, while a large height desk only has one fixed high height.) - 32-inch monitor
- TD = "Touchdown" monitor. A student can connect their personal laptop to a "Touchdown" monitor for an extra screen.
- Keyboard with enlarged key-caps/font size
Open Computer Labs
An open computer lab is available at all times of the day.
