She attended the University of Scranton where she double majored in Counseling/Human Services and Theology/Religious Studies for her undergraduate degree. Danielle continued at the University of Scranton to earn a masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, and earned a credential as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) which she continues to maintain.
Danielle began her career in 2010 as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with Pennsylvania’s Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR). She joined Penn State at the Office of Student Aid in January 2016 and joined OVP as a Veterans Counselor/VA Certifying Official in September 2019. Danielle has brought her vast knowledge and experience in serving diverse populations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and institutional regulations and policies to her work with our military-connected population.
