Piyorose (“Rose”) Narakol

Rose is an international operations and program management professional with experience spanning higher education, logistics, cultural exchange, and business operations across the United States, Thailand, and Taiwan. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has proudly been a retired U.S. Air Force spouse for 18 years.

As the Office Manager for the Penn State Office of Veterans Programs, Rose supports military-connected students and oversees office operations, project coordination, and VA work-study programs serving Penn State’s veteran community.

Rose is also the founder of an international exchange company supporting Thai participants in U.S. cultural exchange programs. In her spare time, Rose enjoys cooking, Zumba, traveling, volunteering, and her newest passion, Pilates reformer.
