COURSE DESCRIPTION: 

Education 100 is a First-Year Seminar that aims to assist veteran students through the transition from military
service to collegiate life and a civilian career.

During this course, you will:

1. Learn strategies for maximizing your VA educational
   benefits.
2. Develop an action plan that puts you on the path to
   achieving your academic and professional goals.
3. Gain exposure to the vast opportunities at Penn State for personal, professional, and academic growth.
4. Translate your military experience into marketable skills that are attractive to civilian employers.
5. Establish a professional network of colleagues who will help you succeed in your transition.
