Sherri attended Penn State where she met her husband. She earned her bachelor's degree in Education at Penn State in 1993. After enjoying several years as a stay-at-home mother to her four children and working as a substitute teacher, she began her Penn State career in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant in the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid at Penn State New Kensington. She advanced to Financial Aid Specialist in 2021 and joined the Office of Veteran Programs in 2026.
Outside of work, Sherri enjoys family time with her husband, four children, and daughter-in-law, camping, reading, scrapbooking, playing pickleball, and relaxing with her dogs and cat.
