What is the group’s purpose?
Be a part of a student-run group focusing on establishing common ground among peers who identify as having a chronic illness or disability. With the unique experiences and challenges faced by such students in mind, this group aims to provide support by creating a community and establishing an outlet for students to connect with peers who might be going through similar experiences.

What is the meeting format?
This peer group meets biweekly for one hour. Meetings will be held in-person every other Wednesday from 7:00-8:00 p.m. in SDR’s 101 Boucke. A Zoom connection is also available for students unable to physically attend; contact upsdr@psu.edu to arrange.

The meetings will follow an open format meaning students are welcome to come and go at their convenience. The goal is to help peers navigate academic studies while experiencing chronic illnesses and disabilities.
